Our Story
We created Ellis + Noronha in 2019 after graduating from the Royal School of Needlework. We both had achieved our degrees in Hand Embroidery, and we were looking at where to go next, and how to continue growing and exploring the skills we had learnt. For 2 years, we had enjoyed working together in the industry, and within our course, and the thought of continuing to work together was too exciting for us to not pursue. So we created Ellis + Noronha.
Our Values
Ellis + Noronha is all about low quantities, ethical craftmanship, and sustainability. We are absolutely dedicated to upholding the reason we started our brand - exploring and highlighting hand embroidery. We create small collections of handmade jewellery, focusing on minimal waste and maximum material usage. And we purchase as many of our materials as possible from other small businesses around the UK.
Our Products
Every single one of our products is made by hand, by ourselves. Embroidered earrings started it all, and now we are building our range of hand embroidered jewellery to include other items, including embroidered necklaces. Everything from design to dispatch is done by us in our homes, because we are passionate about every customer knowing that their handcrafted jewellery has a real personal touch.
